I'm back! With GCSE results:

And so I depart! Why I started that sentence with an 'and' I have no idea.... gives some impression of continuation I suppose. Anyway, I'm off to Ireland with the family; well, except the brother who of course wants to stay here at home with his girlfriend for the week.... I don't want to know what he's planning to do while we're gone. Anyway that's not important.... well none of this is really. But it's a blog, so what do people expect?!

Anyhooo I'm going for a week - hope I don't miss too much. Is it sad that when I'm on holiday I'm wondering whether or not I'll miss any Green Wing news? I choose to call it.... healthy distraction, rather than obsession.....

So anyway, goodbye, so long, farewell, au revoir, auf wiedersehen (spelt wrong? meh), ciao, etc. Actually does ciao mean hello? I think it means goodbye as well...... I'll compromise. TTFN!

Just a random post to while away my day.....

Eating strawberries and watching Quantum Leap - gawd knows why - all the while admiring my new cushion. Waddya think?



Thought it'd add some more optimism to the room hehe seems to be working - whenever I look at it I laugh!

Anyhoo, that Suzuki advert just played - the one where they all sing along to a more rock 'n' roll version of 'What a Wonderful World'... reminds me of other musical ads - more specifically the one with the song to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang reminding people to pay road tax. "Oh no chitty chitty bang bang chitty chitty bang bang we've been bad, for we shudda got a road tax but we were a bit faxed now we're sad..." Call me geeky but I know I cannot be the only one in the world who learnt the lyrics!!! Oh how strange I have become...

It's official, I've caught fangirl-fever. Everything I see these days either reminds me of Green Wing (which is usually the case) or Doctor Who/David Tennant. They're inescapable! I saw an advert for holidays in Scotland and not only did Tennant appear in my mind's eye but Dr. Macartney did too - not because he's scottish, seeing as he's not, but because of the Mac in his name!

Anyway, that's all for now.
